Journeying towards a new milestone

To mark the turning of four decades of my life, I chose the solitude and contemplation of open roads. For what is a gift, if not a token of sentiment?

So I set out on forty motorcycle rides, each one marking a moment, a memory, a milestone. This travelogue traces those journeys—short and long, planned and spontaneous.

Some were mapped, others meandered. Each ride carried its own mood: the quiet of early morning ghats, the rush of open highways, the pause of roadside chai.

From mist-laced ghats to sunburnt highways, this is a celebration of freedom, grit, and stories that come with riding through life; one road at a time.

It is also an ode to the steady hum of growing older with purpose and a little dust on the boots.

Join my journey with my motorcycle (fondly called Kiki - a KTM Duke 200) as I intend to complete 40 rides and journal them here in the year heading to the next decade of life's journey.
